Nathan announces the expansion of its intellectual property practice with the addition of prominent experts, Michael Dansky and Bradford Kullberg, and the opening of our Boston office located in the Financial District. These significant hires expand the scope of Nathan’s current intellectual property capabilities and will allow clients to draw upon broader sets of knowledge and deep industry experience.

For more than 20 years, Nathan has analyzed the economics of intellectual property in litigation and advisory matters. Our trusted experts address patent, trademark and copyright infringement damages, inventorship disputes, false advertising, public policy advancing intellectual property, valuation modeling, and theft of trade secrets. Dansky and Kullberg, renowned for their keen understanding of strategies to maximize the value of intellectual assets while aligning with corporate strategy, will extend Nathan’s capabilities and continue its legacy as a trusted partner for intellectual property expertise as well as broad knowledge and experience in transaction related matters.

Michael Dansky, Senior Vice President, brings to Nathan more than 30 years of vast expertise in intellectual property, corporate transactions, dispute resolution, and valuation for clients in diverse industries, some of which include: cellular transmission, chemicals, computer hardware/software, financial services, materials, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and telecommunications. He is well-accomplished in leading transaction teams in the monetization and acquisition of assets across the globe, the valuation of intellectual property assets and related technologies, and evaluating IP damages in disputes and litigation matters. Dansky also has significant expertise in transaction disputes related to both damages and transaction structural issues. Prior to joining Nathan, Dansky served as national leader of BRG Corporate Finance’s and Capstone Advisory Group’s intellectual property practices, in addition to various leadership roles with Polaroid, Amoco, and Xerox.

With 30 years of broad corporate experience, Bradford Kullberg, Senior Vice President, is an experienced expert providing intellectual property strategy, management, valuation, monetization, licensing, and litigation services to clients across a multitude of industries and technologies. Before joining Nathan, Kullberg was a managing director in BRG’s intellectual property practice and vice president of patent transaction services at an international IP services firm. During his 30-year career at Polaroid Corporation, Kullberg led technology and licensing activities as vice president of corporate business development, in addition to leadership roles in global marketing strategy, program management, and technical and operational assignments.
