Nathan Associates President & CEO Statement on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility

At Nathan, we pride ourselves on delivering tangible results that answer our clients’ unique demands, transform peoples’ livelihoods, and positively impact the communities we serve. Our 75+ years of service delivery is a testament to the important role we play as a global leader for sound analytic and economic solutions.
Our commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) is no different—we have a vision that we seek to realize. We intend to make Nathan a DEIA champion and uphold the highest standards in all our work.
157 years ago, on June 19, 1865, Union soldiers brought the news of freedom to enslaved Black people in Galveston, Texas—two months after the Confederacy had surrendered, and two-and-a-half years after President Lincoln’s Emancipation Proclamation freed slaves in Southern states.
Juneteenth is not only a celebration of freedom, but also one of opportunity, equity, representation, and belonging.
As an organization with a global footprint, Nathan Associates is taking steps to focus on DEIA in the work we do and the relationships we build with our staff and partners. Our priority is to create a positive and supportive workplace culture where staff are empowered to be their authentic self and are inspired to deliver the highest quality of services to our clients.
The DEIA journey at Nathan will be one of self-examination, growth mindset, and continued learning towards building a philosophy and programs that reflect the core values of our company. We look forward to having our Nathan community be part of this priority.
