Ana Guber is the Head of Operations and Compliance in the Nathan’s London office and specializes in international business operations and compliance. She has over 14 years experience providing advisory services to public, non-governmental and private sector clients in UK, across South-East Europe, Sub Saharan Africa and South Asia.

Ms. Guber brings experience from a number of sectors, including girls’ education and women’s empowerment, defence, investment and private sector development. She  recently lead the design and procurement of a £150m multi-country girls’ education fund for a UK government department, bringing to the programme a mix of experience in programme development and management, grant management, risk management, ethics and compliance. Ms. Guber currently leads Nathan London’s Operations, Risk and Compliance functions. Before joining Nathan in 2017, her consulting assignments included provision of technical assistance and capacity building to local and regional economic development actors, SMEs and government in the Western Balkans for the establishment and strengthening of business support infrastructure and business support services. Ms. Guber also has extensive experience in project and programme management and business development, working with a range of international clients and donors including FCDO, MOD, EU, BII, WB, EIB, EBRD, SIDA, DANIDA, UNDP, ADB and AfDB.
