Under the Gates Foundation-funded grant entitled “Increasing Salience and Strategic Engagement for Women’s Economic Empowerment (WEE), Women’s Empowerment Collectives (WECs) and Gender Integration (GI)”, Nathan seeks to award a subgrant for technical assistance on government stakeholder engagement in Kenya. The purpose of this subgrant is to advance local information gathering about the important stakeholders, policy priorities, and socio-political dynamics that influence the government at the national and state level in Kenya. This information will feed into broader strategic engagement plan on advancing funding and programming for WEE, WECs, and GI within the country. Not-for-profit organizations registered in Kenya are eligible for this opportunity.
