Two Nathan expert served as testifying experts for plaintiff in Profoot v. MSD Consumer Care et al., an antitrust case involving alleged anticompetitive foreclosure via retail category management in the market for shoe inserts and insoles.  The Nathan experts opined on matters supporting antitrust lability and the calculation of damages. The case settled prior to trial.
