Sue Heinemann acted as expert witness on behalf of the defendant concerning business interruption claims resulting from the Sayre wildfire in 2008. Ms. Heinemann’s work included a forensic investigation of the business records of a mobile home park along with the quantification of lost profits and diminution of value. Ms. Heinemann also provided assistance at numerous mediations.
