Nathan’s leadership is also pleased to announce that W. Marc Schwartz has joined Nathan as Senior Vice President, Litigation & Expert Services, and will be anchoring the Houston office. Schwartz is a recognized financial expert bringing to Nathan more than 40 years of experience advising public and privately held companies in commercial damages, forensic accounting, valuation, and bankruptcy and restructuring advisory services. His financial forensic expertise includes expert witness and advisory services in disputes involving oil and gas, intellectual property, bankruptcy, construction, professional malpractice, contracts, lender liability, and trusts and estates. Schwartz also has extensive experience serving as a Chapter 11 bankruptcy trustee and as a federal and state court receiver.
