October 2007–Nathan Associates has opened an office in Irvine, California. The office will be managed by Dr. Russ Mangum, a Vice President with the firm. Dr. Mangum has more than 12 years of experience as a consulting and testifying expert in the private sector and for the U.S. Federal Trade Commission. He and his staff will be providing expert services to attorneys and their clients in Southern California in matters involving intellectual property, antitrust, damage analysis and estimation, class certification analysis, and econometric modeling.
