Nathan undertook a midterm review of the 12 component KICP II by IFC in Kenya.

Nathan analysed and evaluated IFC’s work in Kenya across trade facilitation, competitiveness, the Ease of Doing Business, the Electronic Single Window, Special Economic Zones and Industrial Parks, the management of the Strategic Grain Reserve (Maize) and activities to create capacity building in SMEs.

During the 6 month review, Nathan developed an analysis framework, a benchmarking analysis and an evaluation methodology.
