A Nathan expert submitted an expert report regarding class certification in Mednick et al. v. Precor, Inc., a consumer fraud class action regarding allegedly defective heart rate monitors on Precor treadmills. The Court relied on Nathan’s expert in his order granting in part Plaintiffs motion for class certification finding that “Plaintiffs have carried their burden to show that damages are computable on a classwide basis.”
