Produced under the MYPE Competitiva program for a Spanish speaking audience, this primer on intellectual property rights targets micro, small, and medium sized businesses in Colombia. It explores how intellectual property can be an important means for raising the competitiveness of small firms-explaining in layman’s terms industrial property rights, including trademarks and patents, and copyright and related rights for software, licenses, and contracts with artists and designers.
