A Nathan expert designed a methodology for distributing more than $200 million in indirect purchaser settlements for In re: DRAM Antitrust Litigation, a class action price fixing matter. The Special Master described Nathan’s methodology as fair, reasonable and adequate. Nathan’s methodology also served as the basis for the proposed distribution of claims that was approved by the Supreme Court of British Columbia. Nathan experts also assisted the claims administrator in reviewing the claims submitted by class members.
