A Nathan expert is serving as the testifying expert for plaintiffs in In re: Blood Reagents Antitrust Litigation, an antirust class action involving products that test blood. Defendant Immucor, Inc. settled for $22 million. The Court certified the direct purchaser class in 2012 and after an appellate decision remanding the case, the Court recertified the direct purchaser class in 2015. The outcome of the case against the remaining defendant Ortho Inc. is still pending.
