Nathan London took stock of the progress achieved and lessons learnt in implementing Ghana’s First National Medium Term Private Sector Development Strategy (PSDS I) in order to improve its effectiveness and set out a roadmap for the design of a new strategy (PSDS II). We concluded that governance and management arrangements had limited progress under PSDS I and recommended the design of a new governance system in the next phase. Nathan London also contributed to the design of PSDS II and its implementation work plan for the period 2010-2015, which was fully adopted by the Government of Ghana and is now being implemented.
