An ICT Park has been proposed for development in Tema, Ghana, to stimulate local businesess-software development, data transcription, call centers, telecommunications, IT training and services, and computer assembly.

Nathan Associates’ infrastructure, IT, and infrastructure financing experts conducted a feasibility study of the proposed park from an economic standpoint, concluding that in the long term the project could generate more than 30,000 jobs. They also concluded that general regulatory reforms would be needed to attract investment to the project.
