It also provides a forum for international development organizations and graduate programs to recruit top talent and highlight their unique opportunities in and contributions to development.

The organizers expect graduate programs along with organizations from all sectors of international development to participate and 500-600 attendees ranging from current, or soon-to-be graduating students looking for graduate programs, entry-level work to mid-career professionals looking for a change.

In addition to the exhibit hall, the organizers will have speakers and panel discussions.
