Nathan developed the module on the New Paradigm of Regulation and Competition for the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA).

The module traced the origins of regulation and competition in the Indian economy since independence; highlighted the existing regulators and those being proposed; emphasized on the various regulatory acts, focusing especially on the Competition Act 2002, its origin and the amendments made to the Act; and accentuated the various problems plaguing the sector and international best practices that the Government of India can adopt to better develop the economy.

Nathan also conducted the first online session for the Certificate Course on Competition Law.
