A Nathan expert served as the testifying expert in Dang v. San Francisco Forty Niners Ltd. et al., an antitrust class action involving Reebok’s exclusive NFL licensing agreement. Nathan’s work in the case demonstrated that all or nearly all customers purchasing Reebok branded merchandise with the NFL logo paid artificially inflated prices due to the lack of competition caused by the exclusive agreement. The case settled in 2016.
