On behalf of the Caribbean Telecommunications Union (CTU) and the Organization of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS), Nathan Associates evaluated the frequency band plans of 14 Caribbean countries.

We conducted a comprehensive review of frequency allocations, proposed changes to each national frequency allocation table to advance harmonization of allocations across the region, created and then presented a database of regional frequency allocations.

We presented our recommendations for regional harmonization to regulators and service providers from the 14 countries in a workshop.CTU members used the information we developed to formulate a unified approach for the WorldRadiocommunication Conference in 2015.
