Nathan provided expert technical assistance to Ministry of Economic Development to define the master plan for developing the Tancredo Neves International Airport (TNIA) as an international gateway for passengers and cargo in Minas Gerais in Brazil.

We defined the conditions for making the project financially feasible to private operators/investors and banks; defined options for financing and private sector participation; and identified capital improvement projects or business units at TNIA that deserved consideration for viable public private partnership (PPP) strategies.
