For MicroSave, a microfinance institution in India funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Nathan provided quantitative expertise for an empirical study and evaluation of best practices in building and managing agent networks for effective delivery of inclusive digital financial services.

As the quantitative research firm, Nathan designed the survey questionnaire, research hypotheses, and hypotheses testing techniques for the pilot survey of agent networks in India. Nathan’s research protocol document highlighting the quantitative research techniques and methodology is being used for an 8 country study that will be conducted over the next few years.
