A Nathan expert served as the testifying expert for plaintiffs in Adel Tawfilis v. Allergan Inc., an antitrust class action involving allegations that Allergan artificially inflated prices for Botox by keeping a product that would have competed with Botox off of the market.  The court relied on Nathan’s expert while granting class certification. The case settled for more than $13 million.
