As part of its ongoing support to strengthen the effectiveness of competition in Zambia, the World Bank Group (WBG) commissioned Nathan to conduct a baseline perception study on competition law and enforcement in Zambia.
As part of the study, Nathan undertook a perception survey of 6 stakeholder groups including
- consumers
- private sector (small, medium and large enterprises)
- sector regulators
- law firms
- professional / trade/business associations.
- civil society/consumer advocacy groups.
Thereafter, the team interpreted and analyzed the survey results obtained from interviewing a sample of 1,106 stakeholders to derive key insights for the World Bank.
