Mr. Benjelloun previously was managing director responsible for all trade facilitation projects and related business development activities. He has field experience in Asia, Latin America and the Caribbean, the Middle East and North Africa, and sub-Saharan Africa for projects with USAID and the World Bank.

His leadership was instrumental in forming the ASEAN Single Window, a trade information website for Haiti, and the legal establishment of a food safety agency in Egypt. His USAID work in Egypt, Madagascar, and Uganda strengthened those countries’ participation in trade agreements.
