Nicole Belanger Satullo has over 10 years of experience providing clients with expert services in intellectual property (IP) litigation, valuation, strategy, and licensing, as well as in a range of transaction-related matters. Ms. Satullo has significant experience and knowledge in the complex laws and rules surrounding the determination of economic damages in intellectual property litigation in a wide range of markets and technologies.
Ms. Satullo has developed reasonable royalty damages, actual damages, and lost profits analyses that have been presented in federal court in a variety of jurisdictions. She has experience in utility patent, design patent, trademark, and copyright disputes. Ms. Satullo has also assisted in valuing large patent portfolios for a range of transactional purposes and as part of bankruptcy proceedings.
Prior to joining Nathan, Ms. Satullo was a Senior Managing Consultant in IP services at Berkeley Research Group, an Associate Director at Capstone Advisory Group, and a Research Analyst at the Brattle Group.
