Ms. Redini has a strong record of accomplishment leading business development teams. In her most recent position as Deputy Director of Institutional Grants for ChildFund International, she secured funding from a diverse set of donors including USAID, the World Bank, DFID, the Korean International Cooperation Agency, MasterCard Foundation, Global Affairs Canada, and the Conrad Hilton Foundation. She rolled out proposal development processes and tools and trained staff on proposal preparation good practices.
As a Cost and Pricing Specialist at Counterpart International, she led the development of cost proposals of more than $50 million, and developed and delivered cost proposal trainings.
