Kristen Hartpence is an applied economist focusing on trade, logistics, transport, and infrastructure projects. She specializes in assessing transport-sector and trade logistics performance, analyzing regulatory and policy matters, and evaluating economic impact.
Ms. Hartpence is the Logistics Practice Lead, overseeing Nathan’s portfolio of transport projects. She also manages several logistics and port projects in Africa, LAC and Eastern Europe and provides expertise as a Transport Economist.
Ms. Hartpence joined Nathan in 2006 as an analyst in the litigation department where she provided research support and conducted quantitative analysis of complex transaction databases for class action and antitrust matters in sectors ranging from transport to agriculture. She also spent a year at Nathan’s office in Chennai, India.
