Iram Zahid specializes in Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning using quantitative and qualitative methods. Iram is currently the Technical Evaluation Lead for the Fund Manager on DFID’s Girls’ Education Challenge (GEC) program, inputting into quasi experimental designs for project level evaluations, tools and program level results aggregation, applying a Payment by Results model at the outcome level and consolidating learning across the evaluations. She also supports Monitoring and Evaluation on DFID’s Business Finance for the Poor (BFP-B) program, providing technical advice on design of M&E systems for the challenge fund and policy component and overall results aggregation.
Before joining Nathan in 2016, Iram worked for the UK Central Government as a Social Researcher in the Crime and Policing department of the Home Office and the Knowledge, Analysis and Insight unit within HM Revenue and Customs. She has extensive experience in developing evaluation designs and carrying out analysis of large datasets, and presenting technical information to a wide range of stakeholders.
