Dr. Matolo is a consulting and testifying expert specializing in the economic analysis of complex business issues. These include economic damages, valuation, and economic impacts. He conducts expert analyses relating to antitrust, commercial disputes, intellectual property, and labor.
His case experience includes matters involving anticompetitive conspiracy, breach of contract, false advertisement, misappropriation of trade secrets, patent infringement, trademark infringement, unfair competition, and wrongful termination, along with economic and fiscal impacts of business operations.
In addition to consulting work, Dr. Matolo has taught economics at the University of Southern California and has served as a referee for the International Journal of the Economics of Business. He serves on the Leadership Council of the Los Angeles Center for Law and Justice.
