As Senior Vice President and Chief Growth Officer, Mr. Conway leads corporate strategic planning and business development efforts to diversify and promote the growth of offerings and clients.
Prior to his current position, Mr. Conway served as Vice President of Business Development at PAE Global Mission Services (GMS), a business with annual sales of more than $2B and 10,000 employees spanning all seven continents, operating in more than 70 countries.
Mr. Conway joined PAE in October 2011 as Vice President of Business Development for PAE’s $350M Global Logistics & Stability Operations Business Unit. He led growth and diversified the business resulting in annual sales of more than $1B and 5,000 employees. In parallel, Mr. Conway led a start-up and served as the Expeditionary Logistics Business Area General Manager, a rapidly expanding service line with revenues of $275M and a workforce of more than 2,000.
Mr. Conway has broad experience leading and growing organizations. Prior experiences include positions with Raytheon where he functioned as Director of Corporate Strategic Planning for the homeland security strategic business area and subsequently as Business Development Executive for the Technical Services line of business. Mr. Conway started his career at SAIC where he progressively advanced to eventually serve as Deputy to the Senior Vice President for Corporate Business Development.
Mr. Conway currently serves as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors for the International Stability Operations Association and on the Board of Trustees for the Army War College Foundation. He is a native of Washington D.C. and graduated with a B.S. in Biology from East Tennessee State University.
