Christopher J. Warshaw helps clients address complex environmental and consumer product compliance and management issues. He works with numerous domestic and international companies across industry sectors to improve their environmental programs and to manage difficult regulatory matters.
Mr. Warshaw’s environmental expertise includes regulations and policies developed by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, specifically those governing toxic substances, as well as the management and cleanup of hazardous waste sites. In the area of consumer product compliance, his expertise includes regulations under the Consumer Product Safety Act, and numerous other state and federal requirements.
With over 25 years of experience, Mr. Warshaw has conducted management and regulatory compliance reviews in 19 countries and helped to design and implement compliance management systems for companies in a variety of industries. For trade associations and private clients, he has provided regulatory and legislative analysis and advocacy services and has represented clients before various regulatory authorities.
Mr. Warshaw has held senior consulting positions at other highly regarded consulting firms. He also served as manager of Environmental Programs at the Southern California Association of Governments and managed consulting projects for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
