Mr. Espíndola is trained in business administration as well as civil and transportation engineering, He applies pioneering and proprietary techniques to diagnose the performance of transport corridors. In addition to transport, his experience includes energy projects.
He has participated in many international projects in the U.S., the Americas, and Africa for the WB, USAID, MCC, AfDB, and the private sector and has worked directly on many aspects of public-private partnership transactions in more than 15 projects. He has worked on urban planning programs, including 2 very large master planning projects.
Before joining Nathan in 2008 Mr. Espíndola was a transport engineer with the Louis Berger Group in Washington, DC and a transportation planner with Parsons Brinkerhoff Quade and Douglas in Seattle.
