Nathan Associates has moved its home office to a prime location directly across the Potomac River from Washington, D.C. The firm now occupies the top two floors at 1777 North Kent Street, a renovated high-rise in the Rosslyn neighborhood of Arlington, Virginia, about a mile from the former headquarters in Arlington. Nathan took advantage of favorable rents along with the opportunity to move closer to the capital and major transit connections. The new headquarters, on the 14th and 15th floors, are bright and airy, with offices and common spaces arranged to reinforce interaction, collegiality, and an integrated approach to meeting client needs.

Clients will enjoy the ample meeting rooms and a commanding view of Washington as well as the river and its surrounding greenery. Nathan Associates is also happy to be part of the Rosslyn neighborhood, a business center finding new vitality after several federal agencies left as a result of the military's base realignment. Graham Holdings and other companies have located in Rosslyn. CEB Inc., a business advisory firm based in Rosslyn, has expanded into the North Kent building.

Arlington County has issued a plan to transform Rosslyn from an economic hub into a full-fledged urban center with more parks, residences, shops, and walkways.
