Position Summary: We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support our growing recruitment team in Arlington, Virginia. The Recruitment Coordinator will support the international recruitment team in identifying potential candidates to fill key home office and global positions for Nathan’s growing portfolio of international development programs. The candidate will provide a suite of support throughout the recruitment and hiring process.


Job Description:

·Ensure the Nathan recruitment database is up to date with new and current information on prospective long-term candidates and consultants.

·Prepare and post job descriptions and advertisements for home office and international positions on Nathan’s website, LinkedIn, Devex, and other appropriate sourcing channels.

·Support the recruitment team and project and proposal teams with candidate searches using a range of tools and resources including but not limited to Nathan’s recruitment database, LinkedIn, Devex, etc.  

·Format and edit candidate CVs, staffing matrices, and key personnel profiles to appropriately highlight the required skills and experience in compliance with client and proposals requirements.

·Support team in sourcing, recruiting, and closing positions while identifying areas where new processes can be developed to effectively satisfy recruitment needs.

·Attend and help prepare for career fairs and other networking events.

·Support compliance with Nathan HR applicant tracking processes and procedures including maintaining candidate hiring records.

·Conduct reference checks, and obtain letter of commitment, biodata form and other required paperwork from prospective candidates, and verify accuracy when appropriate.

·Provide administrative support to the international recruitment team as requested.

·Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

·B.A./B.S. in business, international development/affairs, economics, or related field.  

·A minimum of two years of experience in a backstopping or administrative role related to the international development field.

·Proficiency in use of the Internet and Databases as a research tool.

·Strong written and oral communication skills.

·Strong interest in developing recruitment skills and competencies.

·Successfully organize, prioritize and complete multiple projects with extreme attention to detail.

·Ability to work as part of a team.

·Knowledge of international geography/travel issues advantageous, international work or internship experience preferred.

·Language skills in French or Spanish strongly preferred.

·Permanent U.S. work authorization required.
