Philippines, Local Implementation of National Competitiveness for Economic Growth (LINC-EG) (2008–2012)

Nathan Associates is working with local and regional businesses, governments, and advocacy groups, to improve competitiveness throughout the Philippines and especially in the Mindanao Region. Our team of international and local experts is measuring factors of and constraints on competitiveness, helping set a policy agenda, and working to simplify business permitting and registration and to improve property rights, income tax collection, customs administration, and access to infrastructure. Solutions to problems could take several forms, such as policy and process reform and public-private partnerships.
